粤港澳大湾区高等教育集群的竞合发展逻辑

The Co-opetition Development Logic of Higher Education Clusters in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

  • 摘要: 主张在竞争中合作、在合作中竞争的竞合理论,对粤港澳大湾区高等教育集群发展具有较强的理论解释力和实践指导意义。根据竞合理论逻辑,并结合对粤港澳大湾区内部高等教育发展的现实需求分析,其高等教育集群可分为两大竞合类型:一种是同质高等教育竞合关系类型,适宜遵循长期竞争、短期合作的实践逻辑;另一种是异质高等教育竞合关系类型,适宜遵循长期合作、短期竞争的实践逻辑。粤港澳大湾区高等教育集群竞合发展的理论与实践互动,可望带动全国更多区域甚至世界范围的高等教育发展模式革新。

     

    Abstract: The theoretical logic of "co-opetition", which advocates cooperation in competition and competition in cooperation, has strong theoretical explanatory power and practice-guiding significance for the development of higher education clusters in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. According to the theory of "co-opetition" and the analysis of the actual needs for the development of competition and cooperation of higher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the "co-opetition" in the clusters of higher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area can be divided into two types: 1) homogeneous competition and cooperation, which had better follow the practical logic of long-term competition and short-term cooperation; 2) heterogeneous competition and cooperation, which had better follow the practical logic of long-term cooperation and short-term competition.
